Which creams are considered butter creams?

There are three types of butter creams generally used in chocolate – American, Swiss, and Italian.

We do not add any preservatives to our candy.

No, we do not add any dyes to our products.

Why is it called white chocolate if it’s not really chocolate?

Some white chocolates are considered a candy coating, being mostly made up of sugar and milk. Our white chocolate actually has cocoa butter as one of the main ingredients, so we do consider it to be a white chocolate versus a candy coating.

What percentage is your dark chocolate?

51%, as it is considered to be a semi-sweet dark chocolate.

How long does it take to make a batch of creams?

To cook and roll an entire batch of creams, it would take one person roughly 4 hours to complete. After they are cut and rolled, they cannot be dipped in chocolate until the following day which could take one person about 3 more hours.

How many pieces of candy do you get out of a batch?

Roughly 30-40 pounds of candy could be made from one batch of creams like vanilla, peppermint, or a fruit flavor. A cream like coconut, peanut butter, or a nut cream would make more due to the additional ingredients.
