Why is it called white chocolate if it isn’t really chocolate?
Some white chocolates areconsidered a candy coating being mostly made up of sugar and milk. Our white chocolateactually has cocoa butter as one of the main ingredients so we do consider it to be a whitechocolate vs a candy coating.
What is the percentage of our dark chocolate?
51%, it is considered to be a semi-sweet darkchocolate.
How long does it take to make a batch of creams?
To cook and roll an entire batch of creams, itwould take oneperson roughly 4 hours to complete. After they are cut and rolled, they cannotbe dipped in chocolate until the following day which could take one person about 3 more hours
How many pounds of candy do we get from a batch of creams?
Roughly 30-40 pounds of candycould be made from one batch of creams like vanilla, peppermint, or a fruit flavor. A cream likecoconut, pb, or a nut cream would make more due to the additional ingredients.
